Main Responsibilities

1. Sales strategy and market development

Formulate sales strategy: Formulate short-term and long-term sales strategies based on the company's overall business objectives, and ensure the effective implementation of the strategies.

Market analysis and competitive strategy: study market trends, competitive patterns and customer needs, formulate differentiated sales strategies to ensure the company's competitive advantage in the market.

International Market Expansion: Promote the company's market expansion globally, establish new sales channels and enhance brand influence.

2. Sales team management and optimization

Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and motivation.

Setting Performance Indicators (KPIs): Set sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the team achieves them.

Optimize sales process: Establish and optimize sales process, customer management system (CRM), data analysis mechanism to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Cross-departmental collaboration: work closely with marketing, product, operations and other departments to ensure the synergistic development of sales and other business segments.

3. Customer relationship management and business development

Key Account Management: Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key customers and partners to improve customer loyalty.

Customer demand feedback: collect customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to optimize products and services and improve market competitiveness.

Partnerships: Establish and manage channel partners to improve the coverage and influence of the sales network.

4. Data-driven sales management

Sales Data Analysis: Monitor sales data, analyze market trends and customer behavior, and make data-based sales decisions.

CRM and sales automation tools: Adopt sales management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to optimize the customer management process and improve the sales conversion rate.

Sales forecasting and risk management: Develop sales forecasting models, identify sales risks and take countermeasures to ensure stable performance growth.

5. Business growth and revenue optimization

Pricing Strategy: Develop reasonable product/service pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.

Innovative sales model: Explore new sales channels (online, offline, direct sales, channel sales, etc.) to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Sales Incentive Policy: Design the compensation and incentive mechanism for sales staff to motivate the team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

1. Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related majors; MBA preferred.

10-15 years of sales management experience, at least 5 years as a sales executive (VP of Sales/CSO) in a large enterprise or high growth company.

Strong experience in B2B, B2C, SaaS, FinTech, Blockchain, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, etc. preferred.

Experience in global sales, especially in multinational market expansion and management.

2. Core Competency Requirements

Sales Leadership: able to develop and execute highly effective sales strategies, lead large sales teams and drive growth.

Data analysis skills: Familiar with sales data analysis, able to optimize sales strategy based on data and improve the quality of decision making.

Negotiation and Relationship Management: Excellent negotiation skills, able to maintain and expand customer and partner relationships.

Market insight: able to keenly capture market trends and formulate forward-looking sales strategies.

Communication and cross-functional collaboration: good at collaborating with CEO, CFO, CMO, COO and other executives to ensure that sales goals are aligned with company strategies.

Innovation and Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to market changes and develop innovative sales growth strategies.
