Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Patient and Consumer Experience Analyst Intermediate to join the Data & Insights team at our Downtown Indianapolis location on a hybrid schedule.
The Patient and Consumer Experience Data and Insights Analyst Intermediate supports patient surveying and data operations to enable accurate, comprehensive patient experience intelligence gathering and performance measurement at IU Health. Develops reporting and analysis of patient experience performance and delivers insights to equip team members and leaders with business intelligence about patient and consumer experience perceptions. Administers the Qualtrics XM platform and internal Enterprise Data Warehouse in partnership with the team. Fulfills regional and system level data requests and leads data health efforts in partnership with internal teams and the external patient experience vendor to maintain and improve patient experience data management and utilization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree is required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Requires experience in Microsoft Power BI, reporting, and ETL tools.
- Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Databases, programming languages, cloud and web technologies preferred.
- 1 -3 years of experience in a complex organization preferred.
- Qualtrics platform certification is preferred
- Data science experience preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft tool suite preferred.
